Great stay with friendly staff!
I stayed for a night in a cozy double room. The staff were super friendly and really went the extra mile to help out. My room was quiet and comfy, but the bed creaked a bit, which was kinda annoying. If you need a bite, there's a nice restaurant next door. it was a solid pick for Sunderland.

We had a spacious family room with two sofa beds that worked perfectly for our large family, including our pets. The location is convenient for exploring Sunderland and enjoying the local attractions like the Empire, perfect for catching shows.

The staff at this hotel were genuinely welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room had a nice spacious layout with a comfortable double bed and an additional single bed, which was perfect for relaxation. The en-suite bathroom had both a bath and a shower, making it convenient for different preferences. I really appreciated having a selection of tea and coffee options, including decaf, which is a bonus for late-night cravings. the hotel is adjacent to a derelict building which can be a bit unsettling, especially for first-time visitors. The cleanliness of the carpets left much to be desired, with noticeable marks and stains scattered around the room. The bedding, while comfortable, showed some signs of wear that could use attention. the breakfast was quite basic, consisting of cereal and muffins, which fell short of expectations.
